Working with Daly Travel
How does the consultation process work?
We begin with an unhurried conversation by phone or in person to understand your vision, preferred style, and dates. From there, Richard Daly designs a custom itinerary with preferred partner VIP amenities and live Sabre GDS flight reservations.
What advantages does live Sabre GDS provide?
Sabre GDS is the direct global terminal used by major airlines. It enables direct seat assignment overrides, immediate flight re-routing during disruptions, and negotiated group air blocks with flexible name change policies.
How do preferred hotel partner amenities work?
Through Virtuoso, Four Seasons Preferred Partner, Rosewood Elite, and Belmond Bellini Club, our clients receive complimentary room upgrades on arrival, daily breakfast for two, $100+ resort dining/spa credits, and VIP welcome recognition.
Can you manage complex group or school logistics?
Yes. For over 40 years, Richard Daly has specialized in group tours from 20 to 150+ travelers, including parish pilgrimages, high school language/choir tours, alumni departures, and corporate retreats with full contract and manifest management.
